Carmen Penderis is a Chartered Accountant registered in both Namibia and South Africa, with extensive consulting experience in financial management, compliance, and technical accounting standards. Before entering consultancy, Carmen served as the Technical Executive at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Namibia (ICAN).

Ezan has been with Acorn since 2010, and she currently holds one of the company's three group company secretarial management positions across various entities and industries, with a focus on company secretary and tax industry. Her client list includes approximately 250 clients.

Jonathan is a finance professional with over a decade of experience, including 10 years in the audit industry.
